Civilization III is the third installment in the Civilization series and it is the direct sequel to Civilization II. This game was developed and published by Infogrames, MacSoft, and Aspyr in 2001 for the platforms; Mac OS and Microsoft Windows. The gameplay of Civilization 3 Free Download is just like the previous games in the way that it revolves around the player building up their empire starting in 4000 BC up to modern and slightly futuristic times.

These are the responsibilities of the player as they take on the role of the ruler of a civilization.
